Joanna is charged with leading Doremus’ teams, successfully mixing creative and strategic resources to reach clients’ business objectives.

She joined Doremus 11 years ago. With a career specialty in B2B and B2B2C clients, she is considered an expert at leading accounts during critical times. Her extensive background includes establishing new client relationships, navigating existing client management changes, and helping clients solve external challenges.

Over 11 years, Joanna has led a variety of Doremus accounts, namely: ACE Group, Bank of America, FINRA, ITT, Office Depot, Quintiles and United Technologies. She also managed the partnership between Doremus and Point One Percent, an agency dedicated to creating messages to reach high net worth individuals, bringing her measured experience communicating with senior level decision-makers within the business audience to clients such as Bank of America.

Prior to Doremus, Joanna worked at Arrow Communications in Brussels, Belgium, where she aligned with European marketers at American companies to coordinate the fluid adoption of U.S. marketing direction and materials within the European market.

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Joanna also graduated from and has mentored for the American Association of Advertising Agencies Institute of Advanced Advertising. She is also a graduate of Omnicom University. She spent two years as a leader for the Girl Scouts.
