Matt Broom

Global Director, Strategic Partnerships

Matt is responsible for identifying areas of opportunity for Doremus. From industry to outlook, Matt examines possible ground for interaction that will maximize client/agency compatibility. He brings to his pursuit a useful fascination with the intersection between business, marketing and technology.

Matt came to Doremus from TORI Global, a technology consultancy he co-founded in 2002. TORI worked principally with Financial Services clients including ABN Amro, Barclays, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan Chase. Matt was responsible for identity, sales, marketing and partnerships.

Prior to that, Matt held the position of Business Development Manager at SportBusiness Group, where he worked with Fortune 500 brands, sports governing bodies and rights holders in an effort to automate the sports sponsorship industry. Matt began his career at OgilvyOne in London. He worked in Account Management on IBM, Tivoli and Lotus Notes, and was responsible for launching British Airways’ European Low Cost airline, Go.

Matt completed his degree in Marketing Communications at Bournemouth University. He lives in New York and actively participates in its British-American community and is a Board Member of the St. George’s Society of New York. Matt plays golf and tennis and would love to ski more. He can walk quite a way on his hands, but apparently not far enough to find a good English roast anywhere in New York City.
